
The Colorado Property Rights Coalition is a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation that will be funded solely by donations. Our objectives and purpose shall include fighting for the property rights of all Colorado citizens, to educate, inform and advocate on behalf of the Corporation, its members, and the general public with regard to property rights issuess, including, but not limited to: urban renewal, eminent domain, regulatory takings, private toll roads, public transportation projects, Smart Growth, water rights, smokers' rights, home owners associations, taxing, zoning and personal property rights.
Individually, our officers (as individuals or collectively) have been involved in property rights issues in Arvada, Denver, Windsor, Longmont, Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Wheat Ridge, and the "superslab" Toll Road. The President of the Colorado Property Rights coalition is also a member of the Castle Coalition (of the Institute for Justice) which fights for property rights across the United States.
